Why we built this

We The Vetted exists to answer one question, honestly and out loud: where does each Illinois candidate actually stand on the Constitution?

We grade every candidate — local to Congress — on a plain 1–10 scale, the Second Amendment front and center, plus the First, Fourth, and Fifth Amendment rights that decide whether Illinois stays free. The scorecard is free, and it always will be.
